1. શરતોની સ્વીકૃતિ
These Terms of Use govern your access to the HomeCuker platform. By installing or using the Platform, you signify your acceptance of these terms. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. માર્કેટપ્લેસ ફેસિલિટેટરની ભૂમિકા
HomeCuker is an online marketplace facilitator. We enable transactions between Home Chefs, Buyers, and Delivery Partners. HomeCuker does not prepare, own, or resell the food; the contract is bipartite between the Chef and the Buyer.
3. 90-સેકન્ડ કેન્સલેશન વિન્ડો
સામાન્ય નિયમ મુજબ, એકવાર ઓર્ડર આપ્યા પછી તેને રદ કરી શકાતો નથી. તમે પ્લેસમેન્ટની 90 સેકન્ડની અંદર જ રદ કરી શકો છો. આ વિન્ડોની બહાર, કોઈ રિફંડ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં કારણ કે તૈયારી તરત જ શરૂ થાય છે.
4. સંચાલિત કાયદો
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
